Job Title: Administrative Clerk

Job Description:
- Support the Time-of-Day business reply card processing and other support work.
- Needs to be able to use a tablet/iPad/phone to scan in QR codes, work through basic flows, and record activity
- Primary activities: scanning, logging, validating, and excel lookups for Time-of-Day postcards sent back with a customer action and reasons for action. Additional support work may be assigned based on the level of customers submitting these requests. Clerical/analytical other program support work.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support by typing & proofreading a variety of documents
- Sorts and files documents and records, etc.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and they ability to multi-task
- High school diploma or GED required
Experience Levels:
- Intermediate: Typically has up to approximately 4 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires some managerial oversight/direction.
- Advanced: Full knowledge of related concepts. Typically, has at least 4 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires minimal managerial oversight/direction.
- Expert: Full knowledge of the function.
- Demonstrated ability to apply concepts to the functional area and see big picture impact of actions.Typically, has approximately 7+ years of experience performing this specific job function and requires very limited managerial oversight/direction.
