13 weeks | Days | 12-hour shift | 36 hours per week guaranteed

Please get in touch with a recruiter for full details.The House Supervisor serves as the onsite administrative representative for clinical and managerial functions during off-shifts, weekends, and holidays. In collaboration with Department Heads, s/he provides leadership, consultation, and collaboration in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment and is the primary backup for front managers in their absence. The House Supervisor plans for, leads, coordinates, and facilitates the provision of quality care and service from a hospital-wide, shift-specific perspective in a manner that fosters the accomplishment of the specific Department's goals and objectives. The House Supervisor is responsible for issues related to staffing, patient/family relations, risk management, clinical coordination, patient placement, public affairs and communications, evaluation, and mentoring. Ensures appropriate distribution and allocation of supplies/equipment and provides for adequate numbers and mix of staff to deliver appropriate clinical services to the patients served.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Previous Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- Must have a current Vermont RN or multi-state licensure
- BCLS and ACLS are required.
- PALS and NRP are required
- TNCC, ENPC, and STABLE are strongly desired
EMR System: CPSI/Evident knowledge/experience preferred
