As one of the newest Chenega companies, Chenega Defense & Aerospace Solutions (CDAS) was developed with the purpose of providing expert Engineering and Technical Support Services to federal customers. 

The VTC Manager is the team lead for the onsite VTC technician and VTC administrator.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and if applicable, the repair of VTC equipment.
• Create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction within the SSP community.
• The VTC manager will work with the VTC Engineer to recommend enhancements and propose/test automation to decrease costs and improve customer service.
• Research current market technology to address AV/VTC issues and inform/advise the SSP CIO office.
• Prepare and brief on specific projects/findings as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 5+ years of professional experience
• 2+ years of managerial experience
• IT Certifications:  CompTIA Certification A+, Network+ or Security+ Cisco/Tandberg technician training
• Secret clearance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of Automation and Enhancement
• Knowledge of Technical Proficiency
• Knowledge of Research Skills
• Knowledge of Analytical Skills
