Warehouse Administrative Assistant 3rd shift - Nesco Resource, LLC

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for all Warehouse Operations administrative activities. Must be able to communicate effectively, be technically proficient with computer and able to accomplish time sensitive tasks, promptly and on time. Must be able to remain calm under pressure, multitask, and effectively problem solve. A high level of accuracy and commitment is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer all incoming calls to the warehouse while providing outstanding customer service.
• Complete and maintain logs, reports, and documentation as assigned by warehouse leadership.
• Accurately maintain the Shipping and Receiving schedule and promptly communicate nonconformances
• Provide accurate and detailed communiecation across shifts.
• Monitor warehouse supervisor email for requests. Notify team leads/supervisors of requests when needed.

The schedule will be Monday through Friday 11:00pm to 7:30am
Payrate: in base on experience
