Warehouse Associate - Pick Pack
Allentown, PA
Monday to Friday
8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Well established company is looking for a long term associate to join their team.

Requires minimum 18 months in last position.


Job Responsibilities:
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Organize and maintain the warehouse 
• Load and unload 
• Report any issues or discrepancies to management promptly
• Assist with cycle counts and annual inventory audits
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow proper lifting techniques and ergonomic practices

Skills Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience 
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
