What the job looks like

Prodigi is looking for motivated individuals to join us as we build up our first US facility. The role is ideal for someone looking for a hands-on position in a startup environment. We’re looking for a detail obsessed individual who can keep a clean and orderly work environment while assisting with a variety of tasks in our production process. This position will focus heavily on assembling/building wooden frames used for framing artwork. 

• Our current openings are on the day shift working 6:00AM - 2:00PM. 
• Occasional lifting up to 35 lbs, pulling/pushing and reaching motions
• Standing for up to 8 hours -30 minute paid break period, 30 minute unpaid lunch
• Overtime as needed

Responsibility

You will be fulfilling an operationally important function and cooperation is key. Interacting with coworkers in a positive, constructive or appropriate fashion is a must. You'll be expected to help in keeping the facility orderly and also participate in a variety of fulfillment work stations and prep areas as needed. Being open to constructive feedback and instructions about how to improve is your main responsibility when first starting with us.

• Experienced with power tools and comfortable working with manufacturing equipment

• Experienced with pallet jacks/pump trucks

• A creative personality with a positive attitude towards finding solutions

• Ability to work autonomously in a rapidly evolving environment

• Technically literate & capable of communicating issues clearly

Pay, schedule and benefits

• $17/hr Monday - Friday (6:00AM - 2:00PM)

• Paid Holidays and time off (given annually, no accrual periods required)
