We are hiring for the Mon - Fri 7:00AM to 3:30PM shift.

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Associate at Stanley Sports Supply Inc., you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

- Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments of fishing equipment and accessories.

- Backup delivery driver

- Accurately picking and packing orders for timely shipment to our customers.

- Maintaining inventory levels and performing regular stock checks.

- Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

- Collaborating with team members to meet daily productivity goals.

Warehouse Associate Pay & Benefits 

Davidson’s is a business casual environment that offers a generous benefits and compensation package. The starting pay for our Warehouse Associates is $16 p/hour in addition to COMPANY-PAID Medical, Life insurance, and Family Telemedicine benefits for our full-time employees. Qualifications:

- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

- Clean driving record.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

- Forklift certification is a plus.

- The ability to stand and walk for up to 8+ hours per shift

- The ability to regularly lift up to 50 or more pounds

- The ability to push, pull, lift or carry up to 50 pounds throughout each shift
