About the Job
IES Residential is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team located in katy, Texas!
This position involves handling various tasks related to inventory management, shipping, receiving, and maintaining warehouse equipment. Warehouse Technicians are responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of products in and out of the facility while adhering to safety and organizational standards.
- Material pick up and delivery
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment. Ensure proper handling and storage of all goods.
- Daily issuance of material/equipment as directed and other duties as assigned
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and organizing materials.
- Adhere to safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Identify and mitigate potential hazards in the warehouse.
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors, managers, and other team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Clean driving history
Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift more than 70 lbs.
- Ability to maintain orderly inventory and workspaces.
- Capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Collaborative attitude with strong communication skills.
