Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our unique selection of products—from traditional African ingredients to prepared meals—move seamlessly through the warehouse. You will handle a variety of warehouse tasks, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, while ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders for shipping.
• Organize, restock, and maintain an orderly inventory in the warehouse.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
• Assist with unloading and receiving new stock, checking for accuracy and condition.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work on your feet, perform repetitive tasks, and adapt to changing demands.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
