Job Description:  

Our ideal candidate is someone who understands our core values and can manage and instill our values with their team. This candidate also has experience in stocking, maintaining, and accounting for inventory. 

• Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Retrieve and assemble product for delivery 

• Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders 

• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks 

• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages 

• Receive truck deliveries and distribute to designated locations within the warehouse 

Requirements: 

• Must be detail oriented problem solver with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 

• Strong time management and problem-solving skills 

• Must be a team player with a positive attitude 

• Must have strong communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills 

• Teachability, willing to learn and adapt to the FBS way 

• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds 

• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach for products 

• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around 

• Go up and down stairs 

• Must be able to work in ambient temperatures like daily outside measurements
