*This is a Part Time Role*

Summary

In the receiving clerk role, you will need a keen eye to ensure that orders arrive on time and are complete and of good quality. Success in this role will be demonstrated by ensuring that a minimum acceptable quality level for supplies is met and that all products are stored and logged in accordance with facility schedules.

Responsibilities

· Monitors order management to avoid shortage issues

· Inspects the quality of the goods

· Receives and signs for the release of items

· Unloads and stores deliveries received

· Operates forklifts

· Follows up in case of delays

· Reports discrepancies to relevant parties

· Maintains records of reports

Requirements

· Prior experience working in a warehouse

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Prior experience with operating forklifts

· Excellent communication skills

· Reliable and trustworthy
