Position Summary - This position handles parts requirements of Back Parts Counter Sales Staff and Service Technicians

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Handles parts requirements of Service Technicians
• pulls parts correctly
• Read work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed and/or shipped
• Places parts in the appropriate area for service pick up and/or contacts Service department to notify that part is available.
• Adds Service Department parts to RO and issues to technician in a timely manner
• Assists in keeping back parts area clean
• Packs core and warranty for return.
• Performs cycle counts.
• Assists with physical stock inventory
• Other duties as assigned
