About the Job
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Stock components and finished goods, including unloading palletized and small package product, visually inspecting for damage, and initiating transactions in ERP system. + Operates manual pallet jacks and motorized forklifts to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area. + Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or packing slips. + Assist with spare parts kitting when needed. + Works according to safety regulations and guidelines at all times and reports unsafe conditions immediately to lead person or management, including safety policies regarding use of forklifts and order pickers. + Maintains a clean working environment at all times, which includes, sweeping and keeping work area and warehouse organized.

+ This job requires good communication and organizational skills. + Able to understand priorities and task provided by business leaders. + To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. + Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. + Directly related process and work area experience. + Material handling, including hazardous materials. + The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. + The employee may be required to retrieve product from high bay locations. This may require climbing an OSHA approved ladder or operating lift truck while wearing a harness to a height of up to 10-12 feet. + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure + manuals. + Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. + Ability to interpret units of measurement in regards to weight, distance, and volume. + Ability to work with others to prevent and address problems in standardized situations.
