Wolter, we succeed together! What You'll Do: Coordinate the movement of
equipment, ensuring smooth shipping and receiving. Maintain accurate
inventory and complete monthly physical counts. Organize corporate
deliveries and manage equipment logs. Drive success by assisting with
parts deliveries and vendor runs using a company pickup truck. Keep the
warehouse clean, organized, and well-maintained. Partner with training
staff to ensure the right equipment is available for tech and operator
training. Support the service team by managing trash, cardboard, and
pallet disposal. Be proactiveidentify any mechanical issues and report
them to your supervisor. What You'll Need to Succeed: 2+ years of
experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, or a similar role. Valid
driver's license with a clean driving record. Comfortable operating
industrial equipment (we'll help you get licensed!). Organized,
detail-oriented, and committed to safety at all times. Comfortable using
basic computer applications. Bonus points for familiarity with lean
business principles! Physical Demands & Work Environment: Be ready to
move, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. Regular standing,
walking, bending, and rotating throughout the day. Some outdoor work may
be requiredprepare for changing weather conditions. Exposure to moderate
to loud environmentsthink buzzing warehouse floors and busy shop spaces.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided as needed for your
