FACILITY & SAFETY
- Maintains standards of health, safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
- Maintains housekeeping of warehouse.
- Ensures the workplace health and safety requirements are met, take responsibility for the security of the building and stock, and runs shift with safety and efficiency as priorities.
PURCHASING
- Ensures quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met.
- Responds to field communication, locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
- Administers on-line purchasing systems.
- Prepares and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
TOOLS, FLEET & INVENTORY
- Maintains records of goods ordered and received, log all rentals into the rental log and follow up with foreman on status.
- Manages stock control, receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading and transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
- Issues inventory report, in/out status report, dead stock report, goods age report, and consumption report.
- Returns all materials not required on a project or that were delivered incorrectly.
- Responsible for tool inventory and control: § Tool transfers log in/out form, clean up, maintenance and repair of tools
- Updates and maintains inventory tool list, delivery of tools to the jobsite.
- Perform other duties as assigned

COMPUTER SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE:
- Solid working knowledge of use of the Microsoft suite of applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
