Adecco is hiring immediately for Customer Service Representatives to work in Missouri City, Texas 77489. The position is temp-to-hire and will pay $16 per hour. You will work closely with customers, business partners, and drivers, ensuring we exceed expectations and delight our clients.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email, providing timely support and information.
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, turning challenges into solutions.
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues efficiently.
Monitor the progress of delivery routes to ensure timely service.
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps for accuracy.
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders as needed.
What You’ll Need to Excel:
Minimum Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service skills with a knack for resolving issues effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
