Warehouse/Delivery Associate - Artisan Millwork LLC

Artisan Millworks LLC is looking for a highly motivated Warehouse/Delivery Associate who wants to join a quickly growing company with great growth opportunities. Preferred candidates will have telehandler forklift experience with certification and a valid driver's license. Candidates will perform material delivery in residential and commercial settings that include new construction sites, homes, commercial buildings, and offices. Candidates should have a clean driving history and practice problem solving when necessary.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Drive non-CDL trucks to deliver parts and supplies to various job sites.
• Operate telehandler equipment safely and efficiently.
• Able to identify, troubleshoot, and fix issues as they are presented.
• Maintain professionalism and safety on the jobsite and while driving.
• On the job critical thinking to ensure jobs are completed promptly and according to our company's quality standards.
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
• Manage and coordinate a small team (4-5 individuals) as needed.
• Assist the Foreman and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving non-CDL trucks and operating telehandlers.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Flexibility to work varying hours based on project needs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A willingness to learn new skills and become cross trained in different areas of shop work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Physically able to lift, push, and pull more than 150 lbs.
• Able to stand, sit, walk, move, squat, walk or climb for long periods of time.
