Warehouse Freezer Order Selection Team Lead / Trainer - humano

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Warehouse Freezer Order Selection Team Lead/Trainer to join our team at humano. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday shift from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm. The hourly pay rate for this role is $23.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in freezer order selection is required.
- Proven experience in a team lead or training role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking orders.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and lead a team of warehouse staff in the freezer order selection process.
- Train new team members on proper order picking procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized freezer warehouse space.
- Collaborate with management to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Uphold safety standards and regulations at all times.
