Job Title: 4-H Program Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging 4-H programs for youth.
• Facilitate workshops and events to promote leadership and skill-building.
• Collaborate with community partners to expand program reach.
• Recruit and train volunteers to support program initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and participant feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Youth Development, or related field.
• Experience in program development and youth engagement.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for empowering young leaders.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
