Warehouse Lead - Scooters Coffee

Location

This position is a 100% in-person role. The successful candidate will be expected to work in person on all scheduled workdays.

Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Lead that will help oversee the process of picking, organizing and loading products from our Freezer and preparing them for delivery to our coffee houses and kiosks. This person will be a team leader, setting a high- energy work pace, creating a positive team environment and exemplifying Scooter's Coffee Core Values.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and encourage team to work at their best each day
• Consistently set a positive example for team of a strong team member
• Supervise pick/pack/ship process and employees, administering coaching as needed
• Responsible for the onboarding and training of new warehouse associates
• Assists as needed in all aspects of truck picking and loading, ecommerce, shipping, and grand opening order fulfillment
• Constantly aware of process statuses and communicates updates with the Warehouse Manager
• Identifies opportunities to improve team processes and standards
• Maintains strict adherence to all safety requirements throughout the facility
• Consistently leads strong culture of safety
• Responsible for accurate completion of all maintenance, compliance, and safety logs
• Communicates order submission violations with Inventory Control Specialist
• Encourage and ensure full team participation in both setting store goals and developing action plans to accomplish goals

• Physical demands of the position, including but not limited to, standing, stooping, bending, manually loading/unloading trucks, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Successful completion of HACCP training upon hire
• Successful completion of forklift training upon hire
• Ability to pass company drug screen and background check
