Warehouse Lead - Atrium

Our client is a well-established, family-owned business specializing in wholesale household products. They are looking to add a Warehouse Lead to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr – $30/hr (Based on relevant experience)

Position Overview:

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations. The Warehouse Lead role is ideal for a seasoned warehouse professional with hands-on experience and a forklift operator certification.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Lead:

• Coordinate and assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Unload and prepare incoming items for storage, including packing, wrapping, and labeling.
• Ensure timely and accurate loading of outbound trucks.
• Identify and report any discrepancies in shipments.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
• Pick orders and oversee quality checks on order accuracy.
• Mentor and lead a small team of 3 – 5 Warehouse Associates.

Qualifications for the Warehouse Lead:

• Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with skills in order picking, packing, and inventory control.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a small team.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Forklift certification with a record of safe operation.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
