Primary responsibilities for Warehouse Lead include:
• Responsible for acting as a lead/coach to all material handlers
• Responsible for analyzing and correcting variances for warehouse
• Provide daily direction and guidance to the team based on priorities set by the Manager
• Train, schedule, and communicate the daily activities to the Team.
• Hold all associates accountable for their own station and output, as well as holding them accountable for work ethic, and attendance
• Work closely with management in the daily operations for the department.
• Selection and preparation of customer orders in a manner that insures complete fulfillment of each customer order
Minimum Qualifications
• 2 – 3 years of experience working with a warehouse management system and leading a team
• Working knowledge of Radio Frequency Scanner (RF Scanner)
• Proficiency in working with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
• Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must

Fri - Sun 7:30am -8pm
Fri - Sun 7pm - 7:30am
Wed – Sat 7:30pm - 7:30am

Pay Details: $21.50 to $23.00 per hour
