Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee operations across multiple warehouse locations.
• Supervise a team of 8-15 warehouse personnel, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
• Implement and maintain strong inventory management practices.
• Develop and enforce warehouse operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
• Provide leadership and support to the warehouse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and distributors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Handle any operational issues that arise promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Proven experience managing multi-warehouse operations.
• Strong background in inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a supplier or distributor environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
