Job description:
J&W Heating and Air + Plumbing is looking for a Warehouse Manager as we continue to grow and want an overachiever to oversee our warehouse. If you’ve got a proven track record and are ready to share your experience and leadership skills, this might be the right company for you.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading the warehouse associates, warehouse safety practices, setting goals and KPI’s, inventory control,and coordinating deliveries to and from job sites.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse management / supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations ,systems and equipment
- Excellent Leadership including abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict.
- In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven track record with 2-3 years in management experience
- Proficiency in inventory software, Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Service Titan experience a plus
- Physical strength,stamina and the ability to walk or stand for long period of time
- Forklift certification preferred
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience with at least 2 years in warehouse supervisory or managerial role.
- Ability to build strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners; Works collaboratively and cross functionally to achieve objectives.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices
- Communicates with energy, positivity to motivate,influence, and inspire commitment and action to attain company goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications related to warehouse management
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and methods preferred
- Other duties as assigned
