salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities + Responsible for overseeing various departments with up to 4-5 direct reports + Ensure implementation of the Warehouse Management System + Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures + Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures + Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees + Tracks and provides management reporting on key metrics + Work with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, storage, and shipping in a timely manner and most cost-efficient manner + Developing the skills and competencies of all warehouse staff members enabling a flexible workforce + Performance management of all warehouse staff + Responsible for overall warehouse operations + Serve as the senior leader in plant operations with the Fulfillment Manager, Production Manager, and Shipping/Receiving Lead as direct reports + Additional duty as the Quality Manager, responsible for receiving, compiling, and reporting Quality Management metrics Skills + Materials Management + Line Management + Stock Management + Project Manager + Instructing + Coaching + Oversee accounting functions + Preparing Agendas + Decision Making + Operations + Microsoft Office + Business operations + WMS + ERP + Training + Safety Management + ISO 9001 + Delegating Duties + Interdepartmental Communicator + Problem Solving + Forklift Safety Trainer + OSHA Qualifications + Years of experience: 1 year + Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies
