Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a multi-client 3PL warehouse.
• Manage B2C fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Implement best practices in inventory management and warehouse layout.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize service delivery and operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within a 3PL distribution or warehousing environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong business management and engineering skills are a plus.
