Warren Oil Company, Inc. a leading automotive lubricant manufacturing company, has an immediate need for a experienced Warehouse Manager for our West Memphis, AR facility.
Warehouse Manager Job Summary:
The warehouse manager will manage the warehouse supervisors, clerks and all associates assigned to the warehouse operation.
Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:
- Motivates self and others to accomplish objectives, multiple demands and creates a sense of urgency to execute and complete all tasks to exceed performance expectations
- Must demonstrate good follow-up and multitasking skills
- Evaluates the effectiveness of and recommends alternatives for work methods, procedures, controls, and staffing to achieve accurate and timely movement and processing of the product.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of storage racks to ensure its optimal efficiency as inventory needs require and adjust as necessary
- Develops supervisor leadership through mentoring, coaching and training.
- Manages all processes and functions to support inventory accuracy in finished goods (put away, count, picking, and shipping) and receiving accuracy.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities and duties in accordance with the organizations policies procedures.
- Maintain direct link through timely communication and follow-up with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse and distribution activities and activities of other functions such as customer service, production, quality control, purchasing, accounting, transportation, production planning and human resources.
Warehouse Manager Qualifications:
2 or 4 year degree with min 5 years related experience.
Requires attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
- Experience with RF Smart System
