Warehouse Manager - Distribution - Base Salary to 110k/year - Washington DC

• Our client is an industry leading distributor in the medical industry. They are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead their fulfillment center. This is a great opportunity with a stable company, and they are in rapid growth mode.  

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee fulfillment center.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of warehouse operations.
• Lead, train, and hire fulfillment center staff and team.
• Control all order processing activities.
• Foster strong vendor and customer relationships.
• Ensure health and safety compliance while fostering a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of warehousing/fulfillment experience in a distribution, B2B, or manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years leadership experience. Experienced managing and developing a team.
• Working knowledge of WMS systems.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 80k – 110k/year range, plus bonus potential
