Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 30 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. In Nashville, we do business as “Warren Bros Sash & Door,” and we are expanding our warehouse staff. We will be relocating to Lebanon in October 2024.
Position Summary: Warren Brothers Sash & Door Company is growing. We are looking for a responsible Warehouse Associate to receive and stock millwork material in our warehouse. We mostly stock windows, doors, moldings, and other building supplies. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Motivated candidate; preferably those who have a valid driver’s license
- Candidate offered job will be required to pass a drug test and pre-employment physical
- Reliable and dependable -- show up to work on time and ready to start your shift
- Lumber yard, construction, building material experience a plus
- Be able to read and understand verbal and written instructions and responsibly follow those instructions
- Communicate effectively to co-workers and management about all functions of the job
What You Will Do:
- Check incoming product to verify material against receiving documents, noting and reporting any discrepancies or damage
- Ensure that the material that you receive is correct and in good condition
- Periodically examine stored material and report any deterioration or damage
- Maintain warehouse in a clean, orderly, and safe manner
- Assist in taking inventory, as required, on a regular basis
- Must make safety a top priority and always be aware of hazards in your work environment
- Attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
Essential Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly to store, removes from storage for fabrication, or load onto a truck; may be required to lift 50-100 pounds with a helper
- Must be able to maintain a high level of frequency and intensity in other physical activities such as reaching, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Must have good visual acuity, depth perception, color vision, and peripheral vision
- The employee will be required to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- The candidate may be exposed to modest amounts of dust, fumes, noise and vibrations
- Must be available to work weekdays and with Saturday overtime as needed
