SIMOS is seeking 2nd Shift Warehouse Sorters to join our team supporting Toyota in Blue Ash, Ohio! Associates will be continuously lifting up to 70 poundswhile sorting automotive parts in the docking area. We encourage a diverse and inclusive environment. Apply Today! • Pay: $23.50/hr. Associates are eligible for pay raises after 6 months
• Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3:59 PM-12:30 AM (with overtime available, up to 4:00AM)

Pay Rate: $23.50 / hour

Duties:

• Must meet 4 of 5 criteria within first 30 days - Safety, Quality, Performance, Attendance, and Engagement (Team Partnership)  
• Sorting car parts with RF scanner, placing parts in correct cage, bumper box, and skids
• Lifting up to 70 pounds
• Standing 8-10 hours
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Steel toes required

Position Requirements:

• Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
• Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
• Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
• Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment 

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 75 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
