This position will be based out of retail store and warehouse in Portland, OR. This is dynamic position that will allow you the opportunity to learn all aspects of our business. You will float between positions based on business need and learn positions in our warehouse, retail store, and shoe mobile. This is a 1st shift position, Monday through Saturday, requiring 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, pays close attention to detail and can keep track of multiple priorities. To be considered, you must have prior retail experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, be familiar with computers and have a steady work history with strong professional references.

Responsibilities
- Must be able to work Saturdays 10a-2p
- Assist customers in our retail store
- Assist in our warehouse with shipping, receiving, and replenishment
- Put away inventory in assigned locations
- Pull inventory for orders and shoe mobiles
- Process shipments
- Personally, greet customers upon arrival; assist the customer to select an appropriate shoe from customer selection.
- Conclude sale by processing sales receipt, collecting payment if needed, and secures signatures for processing of credit cards.
- Assist customers with exchanges and/or returns according to Company and customer policy.
Requirements
- Must enjoy selling and be customer service focused.
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to crouch and/or kneel down to grab shoes off a low shelf
- Ability to lift 50 pounds (this would be a carton of 6-8 pairs of shoes)
- Ability to multi-task and shift focus as business needs require
