Position Summary

The Warehouse Specialist will facilitate all aspects of warehouse functions, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, cleaning & repairing Lottery machines, processing sales orders, various admin duties and ensuring the efficient and safe storage of materials. This position will serve as full time in aiding the Market Manger with the direction and growth of warehouse operations and act as a back-up in the Market Mangers absence. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to take direction and work both independently and in a team environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on Diamond Game TouchTab gaming.
• Accurately manage and track warehouse.
• Maintain vendor relationships, including placing parts orders, shipping and receiving and billing.
• Meet quality and customer service.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and organized warehouse.
• Collaborate with Field Service Technicians and other team members to effectively support Diamond Game's Idaho market.Perform other tasks and duties as needed and/or requested by management.
• Consistently demonstrate the ability to practice Diamond Game's core values and apply

Education & Experience Requirements

• Associate degree business or similar discipline preferred; or at least three years commensurate work experience.
• At least 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• At least one year's experience in distribution or manufacturing.
• Experience working with Lottery and Slot gaming products a plus.
• Must pass a credit check as well as an ISP criminal background check.

Knowledge and Abilities Requirements

• Ability to take direction efficiently while working independently and as part of a team.
• Customer service experience with the ability to conduct work in a professional manner both on the phone and in person.
• Candidate must have outstanding time management and organizational skills while working in an environment with minimal in-person supervision.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and organized.
• Must have basic knowledge of computer hardware.
• Possess a proactive, can-do attitude and show the ability and willingness to recognize what needs to be done to complete tasks.

Regulatory Requirements

• Employment dependent on successfully passing a regulatory background check.
• Employees in Idaho must also successfully pass a background check by the Idaho Lottery.
• Employees may also be subject to additional periodic background checks as needed and/or required by Diamond Game and/or Diamond Game customers.
