GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB
The Warehouse Supervisor role will report to Warehouse Manager and help coordinate the activities and operations within the warehouse. Leads warehouse staff in daily efforts and ensure daily activity is completed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Show leadership and direction to the warehouse workers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Must be able to work the hours of 5:45 am – 4:00 pm – no exception to this requirement.

Responsible for reporting warehouse inventory and ordering material with Quan Inventory Control.

May be asked to communicate with Suppliers in the event Warehouse manager is not available.

Responsibility for the daily functions within the warehouse, including Ordering and Receiving of Shop Tools, Supplies, and Inventory Items.

Monitor the cleanliness and maintain the warehouse in an orderly fashion to allow quick and easy access to inventory and supplies as needed.

Communicate with the Field Managers to ensure products are on hand as needed.

Conduct inventories at intervals as prescribed by the Company as well as report to Inventory control any Par level adjustments.

Ensure all receiving is reconciled between the Purchase Order and the Suppliers Packing Slip. All discrepancies are resolved with the supplier at the time of receipt.

Assist in the loading of trucks with inventory items when needed.

Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.

Identifies and reports slow-moving products and with approval, arranges for the removal of the product.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
-
High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e., GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, foreign equivalency, etc.).

Warehouse experience of 3-5 years – preferred
-
Inventory management: SAGE, KOJO, or similar inventory software experience is a plus.

MS Office Suite
-
Forklift experience.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS

This position requires working in a warehouse environment.

Individuals may be exposed to varying temperatures including very hot (above 90 degrees F) or very cold (below 32 degrees F) and all-weather conditions.
