The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operation for a 24/7 incoming, and outgoing facility with some automation. This role involves coordinating and supporting a wide range of operational and commercial teams to include, Distribution Planners, Buyer Planners, Production, and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Oversee forklift operators, Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) attendants, and office support. Responsible for the hiring, development, and discipline while working within an operating budget.
- Documentation and Training: Manage all certifications, and training records including LMS, C-TPAT, and ISO9001 standards.
- Process Improvement: Establish and maintain 5S principles throughout the warehouse while improving accuracy and efficiency.
- Shipping and Receiving: Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipment for multiple cost centers, while managing dock times, and resources.
- Inventory Control: Manage incoming inventory and supplies, discrepancies, raw materials, and cycle counts. Ensure warehouse team follows FIFO principles.
- Material Handling: Deliver or route materials using a forklift, TSP, or Drexel, while using RF scanners and working within a WMS and ERP system.
- Customer Service: Align with Customer Service team to maintain OTIF, and customer scorecards. Manage daily alignment with Production and Maintenance teams.
Education / Experience
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of supervisory experience in a distribution/manufacturing environment
- Experience in metric driven environment.
- Freight logistics experience.
- Strong leadership ability and communication skills.
- Computer systems knowledge to include strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Forklift experience required.
