Warehouse Supervisor - HEICO Corporation

Seal Dynamics LLC is currently recruiting for the position of Warehouse Supervisor for Packaging. This is a supervisory role that reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Salary Range: $22/hr -$24/hr.

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

* Overseeing and participating in picking, packing & order processing
* Supervising 8-10 Team Members
* Warehouse inspection of parts
* Maintaining warehouse housekeeping
* Ensuring product is kept neat and in an orderly fashion per FIFO methods


Requirements/Experience:

* Must be extremely detail orientated and have the ability to multi-task
* Must have an excellent understanding and experience with warehouse systems
* Ability to read, understand and interoperate written instructions
* Experience with, and understanding of warehouse inventory transactions
* Physical ability to work standing all day while moving about entire warehouse.
* Energetic with team orientated attitude
* Must have excellent verbal and written communicate skills
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Experience in supervising employees
* Strong computer skills
* Aerospace industry experience and ISO experience is helpful
* Strong work ethic (willingness to work hard and long hours, if needed)
* Highly responsive to internal and external customer requirements, with a high attention for detail
* Must work well with others and be flexible in handling multiple tasks
* Minimal Overtime is possible and rare Saturdays

No relocation will be offered for this position
