Warehouse Supervisor - Masiello Employment Services

Our client located just South of Keene, NH is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Warehouse Supervisor position are as follows:

• Bachelors Degree preferred, 7+ years logistics experience considered
• 3+ years leadership experience in a distribution setting
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Proven knowledge of warehouse operations and government regulations
• Previous SAP experience preferred
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentation skills and ability to train
• Strong decision making, analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively and manage priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment

For the Warehouse Supervisor position your duties will include:

• Manage distribution operations and inventory
• Supervise shipping/receiving
• Manage warehouse team; train/mentor/performance
• Facility and equipment maintenance oversight
• Continuously adjust layout and staff for optimum productivity
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Use SAP system
• Assist internal/external customers as needed to communicate delivery
• Resolve carrier issues as necessary
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices
• Other projects as requested
