*Only one direct report so will need a "hands on" type of Supervisor that is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty*

Manages the daily operations of a warehouse, including supervising employees, tracking inventory, and ensuring production runs smoothly. Provides leadership and technical guidance to subordinates by prioritizing and assigning tasks, establishing procedures, providing instructions, and advising personnel on how to perform various tasks.
