Warehouse Team Lead – Full Time, 3rd Shift
Seeking a motivated Warehouse Team Lead to join our team. Responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
+ 3rd Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday – Saturday.
+ Starting hourly pay rate of $24.17, plus shift differential.
+ Comprehensive Nestlé benefits after 30 days of employment.
+ Yearly reviews and raises and opportunities for overtime.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:
+ Monitors incoming and outgoing shipments including verifying information against invoices, orders, or other records.
+ Performs weekly cycle counts and participates in the reconciliation process.
+ Ensures proper communication on pre-ops and changeovers between shifts.
+ Maintains crewing levels to meet or surpass cost targets.
+ Monitors, trains, and develops new and current employees.
+ Performs all warehouse functions within each department.
+ Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance are promoted.
+ Follows all company policies & procedures as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Ability to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts, required.
+ 6 months of experience operating Crown stand-up forklifts, required.
+ High School Diploma/GED, preferred.
SKILLS:
+ Experience operating industrial equipment to relocate products and packages.
+ Bar coding, automatic data collection, and experience using computer programs.
+ Previous food manufacturing experience is helpful.
+ Ability to establish trust and credibility with employees.
+ Excellent organizational skills with writing and math aptitude.
+ Ability to effectively present information to management.
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
+ Speak, write, and understand English; Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful.
