Warehouse Team Lead - humano

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. The Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse associates, ensuring efficient operations, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Salary: $22 - $25/hour DOE

Shift: Both 1st and 2nd Shifts

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve set goals.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
- Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff.
- Train new employees on warehouse processes and procedures.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Enforce safety regulations and guidelines to create a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Prepare reports on warehouse activities and performance metrics.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations for warehouse team members.
