Job Responsibilities

• Measure aluminum extrusions for fabrication.
• Assemble aluminum and hardware into doors and frames.
• Inspect materials against orders and visually check incoming materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Engage in safety practices for self and others, ensuring best-in-class safety standards.
• Produce quality products with attention to detail.
• Ensure timely order processing to meet customer schedules.
• Follow directions from management to complete daily tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 or more years of experience in fabrication or construction.
• Basic experience with rulers and PC usage.
• Ability to use power tools, including electrical, hydraulic, and air-powered machines.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are preferred.
