Warranty Administrator - Phillips-Medisize

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Warranty Administrator to join our team in Maumelle, AR. This will be a Monday - Friday base schedule to support core business hours.

Our Team

Our Warranty Administrator will work within our maintenance and ERP systems to collaborate effectively across many multi-functional job responsibilities in support with customers and suppliers.

What You Will Do

• Develop customer quotes and distribute to customers
• Obtain equipment and tooling repair costs for customer owned items
• Maintain records, documentation system, and manuals for specific departments
• Maintain and update data in ERP system; Audit work order documentation
• Process purchase orders and maintain parts inventories
• Assist with spare parts inventory system; Provide cost / data analysis
• Communicate with suppliers when placing orders and requesting quotations
• Support continuous improvement activities from internal and external customers

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 2+ years' experience in an administrative role and / or experience working in a Maintenance or manufacturing environment
• Experience with Microsoft Word (Ex: Document creation/editing) and Microsoft Excel (Ex: formatting cells, formulas, tables/graphs/charts)
• Experiencing showcasing strong verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills
• Experience within working independently as well as part of a team

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience with injection molding
• Experience with quoting
• Experience with SAP, databases, and preventative maintenance software
