Warranty Analyst at Stowers Machinery Corporation

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent. Two to three years of service and parts experience are normally required. Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills required. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a physical exam and drug screening test.

Job Summary:

Maintains and performs all warranty functions relative to writing claims, reports, and discounts with little supervision on all machines and parts serviced by Stowers Machinery Corporation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follows directions accurately and performs tasks in an efficient time while working with little or no supervision.
Work performed is mistake and error-free.
Accepts responsibility for own work and understands the impact of this work on the company.
Reviews status of all claims and keeps supervisor aware of all claims that have grieved and that are outside the "Claim Percentage Recovery" anticipated with little or no supervision.
Shows interest in own work.
Inspects work orders to ensure they are within warranty time guidelines and warranty period with little or no supervision.
