Responsibilities
- Review each warranty repair order for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility according to the manufacturer’s policy and procedures.
- Determine and enter the applicable labor operation codes, failure/condition codes, and/or other administrative data required to code the repair properly.
- Check each repair order in the Vehicle Inquiry to determine coverage, extended warranties, open campaigns, TSBs, vehicle history, etc.
- Verifies criteria required by the factory or manufacturer.
- Keeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior dealership experience preferred; not required.
- Experience using CDK and/or ERP systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Must possess strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work extended hours at the month-end.
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid in-state driver’s license.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent communication skills.
