Responsibilities:
- Registers, purchases, and invoices all warranty and extended agreements. Sets up machines and attachments in vendor and internal systems to reflect warranty coverages.
- Process parts claims by investigating and gathering information to provide best opportunity for approval.
- Manages questions, documents, and reports as they pertain to warranty and parts claiming.
- Code parts/warranty claims invoices and credit memos to drive consistent accounting.
- Manages accounting and financials of warranty and parts claiming related processes.
- Works within and promotes vision, mission, and values of BMC.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Position prefers a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent in related work experience/training.
- Experience in the Construction and Ag industry preferred but not required.
- Proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Suite & Windows environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Disciplined to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good problem solving and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
