In this role, you'll be the hero for our customers! You'll use your expertise in commercial kitchen equipment to troubleshoot warranty and repair issues, ensuring our customers have a smooth and positive experience.

Here's what you'll do:
- Become a warranty whiz! Diagnose and resolve customer concerns related to commercial kitchen equipment.
- Be a customer champion! Answer phone calls, address parts requests and complaints, and find solutions that leave customers happy.
- Partner like a pro! Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely repairs and parts acquisition.
- Keep it organized! Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims and issues.
- Sharpen your analytical skills! Analyze warranty data and generate reports to identify trends and improve processes.
- Hit the road when needed! Occasionally travel to customer sites to diagnose and resolve warranty issues firsthand.
What we're looking for:
- 1-3 years of experience working with commercial kitchen equipment is a must.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service is key.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical information to customers.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate record keeping.
Bonus points if you have:
- 5+ years of customer service experience.
- A knack for problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
