About the Job
We are looking for a Warranty Technician to start working with a client of ours in the Jonesboro, GA area as soon as possible. This candidate should have a background in commercial kitchen equipment.

Required by Client
- 1 3 years of experience with commercial kitchen equipment
- Follow up on warranty issues.
- Answer customer calls, for warranty parts, complaints and resolve all problems.
- Work with vendors.
- Log all warranty issues, claims.
- Prepare reports, statistics on warranty issues.
- Travel to client site on occasion for warranty issues.
- Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States
Preferred by Client
- 5+ years of Customer Service experience
