Join our client's team as a Watch Service Coordinator, an exceptional opportunity for a service professional with expertise in luxury retail, watch repair, or jewelry repair. This full-time, hands-on role is based in Metairie, Louisiana, and requires a customer service professional with excellent communication skills and a great personality. The ideal candidate will be patient, efficient, and detail-oriented, ready to provide top-tier customer service in a luxury environment, fostering trust and professionalism. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, maintaining client information and service records, and generating regular service reports. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Experience: Provide a luxury client experience, ensuring a smooth service process from take-in to delivery and follow-up, building trust and offering exceptional service.
- Service Coordination: Learn and assist in all aspects of watch repair services, facilitating in-store watch battery changes, band sizing, and bracelet adjustments.
- Brand Training: Successfully complete all required luxury brand training and adhere to brand repair/service protocols and processes.
- The selected candidate will undergo training at Rolex in Dallas, TX.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and concerns, resolve issues promptly in person, via email, or telephone, and support the sales team as needed.
- Repair Coordination: Assist in repair intake, delivery, and coordination, working closely with sales staff, vendors, watchmakers, and luxury brand service centers.
- Service Estimates: Communicate service estimates to clients in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Assist on the sales floor in the retail showroom as needed, maintaining regular customer-facing duties in a sales support role.
- Quality Control: Review all repairs for compliance with Incoming Service Procedures and pricing, ensuring quality control on all repairs.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in the watch/jewelry industry.
- Service Passion: Excellent service skills with a passion for providing clients with a personalized luxury experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to effectively communicate with clients about watch/jewelry troubleshooting, repairs, and services. Outstanding follow-up skills and a service mindset.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn our client's internal POS software.

- Workdays Schedule:
- Scheduled workdays will fall Tuesday through Saturday
- Closed Sunday and Monday
- Work schedule will fall within core hours: 9:00am to 6:30pm
- Base salary of up to $60,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
- The selected candidate will undergo training at Rolex in Dallas, TX.
