What you will do:

As a Water Filtration Salesperson, this position is ideal for someone who is looking to get into the home service industry in a sales capacity, no water filtration experience required! We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service while learning about plumbing and the details of water filtration. 

• Clearly communicate the health, environmental, and financial benefits of high-quality water filtration systems to prospective customers.
• Conduct consultations with homeowners to assess their water quality needs and provide tailored solutions for water filtration and conditioning to improve the overall water quality.
• Potentially demonstrate product features, answer customer questions, and effectively communicate product benefits to close sales.
• Maintain relationships with our customers, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure satisfaction with the chosen solution.
• Stay informed about industry trends, advancements in water filtration technology, and competitors to offer the best solutions.
• Use testing equipment to evaluate water pressure, flow rates, and quality of water
• Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and necessary repairs or upgrades
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings, in our trade software - Service Titan - training provided!

What you need:

• Must have, and maintain, a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
• Proven track record in sales, ideally in home improvement/home services, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building rapport and trust.
• A passion for helping customers improve their health and quality of life.
• Basic understanding of water filtration systems or a willingness to learn technical product details.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• E. Dennis may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
