Water Jet Machine Operator - Spherion

Thriving and growing Manufacturer in Westminster, MD looking for both 2nd and 3rd shift machine operators to join their team!
Are you mechanically inclined and have at least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Machine Operation? We'd love to talk to you!

• 2nd shift- 5 days- 8 hr evenings
• 3rd shift- 4 days- 10 hr nights

Responsibilities:
Read and process orders based on production sheet instructions

• Set up machine including fixtures, work offset, and tool offsets per instructions
• Verified all work orders are accurate and to company quality at end of each production run
• Utilize various tools to inspect product including; calipers, gage pins, and other equipment as needed
• Collect data and maintain accurate documentation and paperwork for each production run
• Work closely with other team members within the same department as well as cross departmental collaboration

Working hours: 2:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Preferred Skills:

• CNC Programming a plus
• Water Jet Machine Operation

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

• Machine Operation
• CNC operation
• Mechanically inclined
• 2+ years in Production and Manufacturing environment
