Overview:
Looking for a highly motivated, energetic, reliable and flexible individual. An individual who is able to efficiently and thoroughly perform the job-related duties and instructions assigned by the supervisor. Someone who enjoys helping others and has pride in their workmanship. Will be a team player while performing mitigation services that include demolition of structure materials, cleaning of worksite, set-up and take-down of equipment, and maintenance. Training and certifications will be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be available for on-call & emergencies
- Properly extract and dry a structure from water damage
- Monitor the equipment during the drying process
- Photograph and document a job from beginning to end
- Communicate with the customer and internal staff clearly
- Work and communicate effectively with co-workers and management
- Complete proper documentation (timecard, CRM, moisture mapping & readings)
- Prioritize important tasks and manage your time effectively
- Operate and maintain company equipment including company vehicle
- Maintain an inventory of chemicals, products and equipment
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude

Requirements:
- High school diploma with or without relevant experience.
- Friendly, reliable, and punctual.
- Strong communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Enjoys working with people.
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Pass a drug test and criminal background check
